Like other businesses, when the local government implemented social restrictions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the learning center had to reconsider its marketing plans.
Targeting was crucial to ensure that we advertised effectively. First of all, we were required to analyze the behavior of the locals in the region. The analysis showed our demographic and targeted them as our audience. Caraka Learning Center has three centers. With a tight budget for advertisement, each center managed to get dozens of inquiries by WhatsApp message for a day.
